Registration: Register via the Healthy 365 app.

Walk-in registrations also available on the day of the event. However, you would still be required to use Healthy 365 app to mark your attendance.

Tone up your body fast led by professional trainers. Quick HIIT features short bursts of high-intensity exercise that build muscles and burn calories in minimum time. These group exercises combine a variety of total body workouts, from traditional callisthenic and bodyweight exercise to interval training and strength training.

Work your core, upper and lower body muscles to improve your aerobic threshold for a higher fitness level, increase energy expenditure for weight loss.

This programme is part of Energize@SCCC, a series of active and wellness programmes brought to you by the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, Health Promotion Board’s Healthy Workplace Ecosystem and Singapore National Employers Federation.

 

 

Parking is available at the SCCC. Parking fee: $3.50 per entry (Mon – Fri after 5pm, Sat & Sun whole day)
