Energize@SCCC: Wushu Fitness

Venue: SCCC Ho Bee Concourse, Level 1
*Sessions will be held at SCCC SCCCI Multi-Purpose Hall Foyer, Level 7 instead.

Free admission. Beginners are welcome!

Parking is available at the SCCC. Parking fee: $3.50 per entry (Mon – Fri after 5pm , Sat & Sun whole day)

Wushu Fitness sessions will revolve around stretching, balancing and strengthening of the body as well as hand-body-and-leg coordination. Basic Wushu movements will be taught by certified Wushu instructors with the Singapore Wushu Dragon and Lion Dance Federation, and coaches from the National Registry of Coaches (NROC).

A 60-minute fitness session will include activities such as:
– Warm up exercise and stretching (flexibility)
– Basic Wushu movements (basic stances)
– Hand and leg coordination (punching and kicking)
– Body posture, self-defense styles
– Cool down exercise
