Nam Hwa Blazes is a unique platform for those who love Teochew opera acting. With hundreds of actors who have participated in past performances, this also opens a door of opportunity for the public to enjoy traditional art performances.

Featuring students from the classes and courses from Nam Hwa Opera, this edition of Nam Hwa Blazes – “LiYuan ZhiYin” offers a platform for them to showcase their talents and spread the awareness of Teochew culture and heritage. The courses include “Introduction to Chinese Opera for Adults” , “Vocal Therapy Class”, “Teochew Percussion” and “Teochew Music Ensemble Class”.
